Professor Porter is director of the Harvard Business School’s Institute for Strategy and Competitiveness, which was founded in 2001 to further his work and research. He is the author of 19 books, over 125 articles, and more than 90 HBS case studies. He is a seven-time winner of the McKinsey Award for the best Harvard Business Review article of the year.
