The annual one-week Value-Based Health Care Delivery Intensive Seminar is a non-credit, graduate-level program held at Harvard Business School using in-depth case studies of health care organizations who are leaders in value-based health care.

January 2023 MGB Residents & Fellows Course

The Institute for Strategy and Competitiveness works in collaboration with the program directors at Massachusetts General Brigham to deliver a case-driven and didactic approach to value-based care. This 2.5 day long course is offered to residents and fellows training at Massachusetts General Brigham Hospital and focuses on key topics around Primary Care, Integrated Practice Units, Outcomes Measurement, Cost Measurement, Value-based Payments, and Safety Net Hospitals.
