Strategy for Universities and Non-Profit Organizations

The obligation of a social enterprise is to create social value.  A strategic focus can help to frame the choices that need to be made in determining for whom, how, and with whom an organization serves to most optimally create this social value. Michael Porter also has a particular interest in the application of strategy principles to institutions of higher education, and works with a number of leading universities in this area.
